WOW.
Scott Williamson tears his rotator cuff, and is out for the season.
Huge blow to Cincinnati.
Cubs lose Mike Young for 7 weeks. Ick.

Wow Jay Gibbons is killing the ball. I love to see that. We went 3-4 during our 7 road games. Thats not horrible.

4-2. Poor start against Toronto and then swept New York. Hard to be mad but I always look deeper than the end results. I think at some point my team is seriously going to pay if I don't get some more quality relief soon. Polanco and Kapler were clutch.
Sims won't usually take this long fellas. I really wanted to make sure the rosters were full and teams were actually being operated and that delayed the process a nice 20 minutes.

To the 5 teams that didn't send an export, thanks a million. Who were they? Call them out. Maybe a little embarrassment will do them good. Just a thought.

3-4 start not bad. Won the first one lost the next 4 then won the last two, no consistency. Our hitters havent hit like they are capeable of doing. The team has 2 wins when webb is on the mound, acwe for sure. Valeverde blows up for 6 runs in 2 innings in the first game and then on his next start throws a complete game shutout, we need him to be the solid consistent number 2 starter we know he can be. Not bad overall but looking for this team to start swinging the bats better. Snelling has not yet recored his first hit, bay is just getting by and the team has already been shutout twice. overall 3-4 start not bad.

Offense was pretty bad the first sim. Drew was over the sim. Nomar batted 231. Cust had a nice PD. Looks like an absolute monster now.
My pitching was mediocre which is all Ill need once my offense gets going.

Interesting 4-2 start. Had some crazy games mixed in but overall, we took 2-3 from both the Indians and the Twins. I am very interested to see where the season will go, my team needs a ton of work.

OOTP is wacky sometimes.
You have superstar pitchers who get knocked around like a rag doll, then have journeyman aging veterans or unproven rookies throwing absolute gems. It's crazy.
The key to OOTP is to have a little patience. It's so easy to jump ship on a guy if he doesn't produce right away.

Sucks that Williamson is out for the year. Huge injury for us. Luckily I bolstered my bullpen a ton during FA, so hopefully I can minimize that loss. Pierre looked good at the top of the order again, but I need some run production behind him. My starters also sucked badly this sim; maybe they just overachieved with last year's decent year. Anyways, I feel as if I can improve starting pitching and run production, I will be good. Luckily, those are my 2 farm system strengths as opposed to bullpen and top of the order guys.

I wasn't able to send bizzle my stuff last night because I had a paper and test today, so it left Burrell and Damon in the minors. My favorite part? The Tides are 5-1!

3-3... my offense was quite a surprise
my BP cost us 2 of our 3 losses and the other coming in a lack of offense in a quality peavy start
peavy also had a CG SHO 3 hitter

Well you didn't have Damon until after the sim, don't really remember about Burrell. Also I'm the one who filled ur majors so if there was anyone good down there who wasn't a prospect, he got called up.
