I will list teams in danger from greatest anger, to least danger.....
1.Sacramento. Lums needs to win this year. he has had 4 straight years out of the playoffs. Very important that he wins this year, if he doesn't I may consider making him the Asst of the Kings while I hire a new GM.
2.LA Clippers. 5 straight non-playoff seasons. Galo has won 2 titles, but at some point he needs to get into the playoffs again. If Galo doesnt make the playoffs, I will consider replacement.
3.Utah. Manas has had 3 straight non-playoff seasons, but also has become a non-factor in activity. Based on these 2 factors another non-playoff year may mean replacement.
4.Miami. Kevin has built a very good young team, so improvement is there, but he needs to prove he can win on a consistent basis. Kev really needs to show growth this season in developing a roster of the future. No chance Ill replace him this year, but must show improvement.
5.Minnesota. KG is back to being active, and seems to be ready to build a contender. No chance Ill replace this year, but needs to show roster improvement.
6.Philadelphia. Andy also has had a solid rebuild, and will not be replaced this year. He must show roster improvements though and strive towards being a contender again.
7.Orlando. Aaron has a solid club, and should be in the playoffs. If he sint, well worry about him next year.

Ok. As long as I have another good TC though, we should do pretty solid this year.

4, 5, 6 and 7 shouldn't even be on this list IMO. Sac look in real danger and surprisingly enough, so do the Clips.

If they are in the top 5 of the next draft, it should be considered tanking. They all have enough talent to at least compete hard for a playoff spot. No more sub 20 win seasons.

5 straight non 40 win seasons. I wouldnt worry too much, just do your best. its pretty unlikely youre replaced, I just want Gms to strive for the playoffs every year. And your team has been very bad for quite awhile now.

The rules in place now werent in place after the restart. Yes... I won two Ships... and yes, I got Oden. Deal with it.

All the players DJ had were raw. I give him a lot of credit for tanking the job as Tanking coordinator because he gets a ton of shit for it. Hes done a great job by the way.

Redd, AK, Arenas(don't act like he wasn't good from day 1), and T-Mac and only 31 wins. Congrats on your 9 game improvement from 22 wins, very evident that you didn't tank.
