You can have a case but it's not like Hinrich is averaging 20 ppg along with a mediocre a/to ratio. He's on a bad team averaging a high assist number and low turnover number. He put up similar stats when he wasn't an option, though it was for 10 games. Something like 9.8 apg. i will definitely give him that, his assist/to ratio is very good, no denying that at all. i just feel knowing what i know with kidd, and what he's done in the past (can i use it this time? haha), kidd would be able to put up better numbers to each his own, though. J pretty much killed this discussion so sure, you can use it At the end of the day, it comes down to opinion. I don't have a problem with your's at all. After all, there's no real way of knowing what would happen.

wow this has gone crazy. All I know is, right now, if I was only going to be in a sim for one year and quit. I'd rather have Kidd than Hinrich.

Didnt bother to read all this but i read first 2 pages. Hinrich being on a bad team stuff is crap. My team became a playoff team when he came on board so what does that say about him? Kidd is not exactly a scorer so how would he make the Grizz an automatic playoff team? Hinrich is ranked 24th and Kidd 87, Hinrich is young - Kidd is old. For the Grizz to trade Hinrich straight up considering Kidds contract, the fact that hes ranked lower, and much older would be dumb. Also, a move like that would only make sense if your a championship contender not a team just tryin to make the playoffs. Either way its all about value and younger players will always be more valuable unless its shaq or some shit.

I thought that it was just based on ratings/stats right NOW. Not in the future or anything like that?
You would be an IDIOT to take Hinrich over Kidd though.

Kidd's ratings "look" better... but looks can be deceiving. Hinrich sims very well... 10.5 assts, over 2 steals and only 2 turnovers. Kidd wont give better production than that. Plus, on Memphis, Kidd would probably be forced to shoot more... which would mean lower percentages. Hinrich is a stud, this year and in the future.

First off, Grizz aren't even the worst in the West. Anyways, CP3 is on a bad team but I guess his value should be diminished to? Be serious. Kidd wouldn't make that team any better. Grizzlies have problems but they sure as hell aren't at the PG spot. Also aaron, I hope that 12 apg stat is from this year, otherwise it isn't valid. ok basically this. Put Hinrich on Grizz they don't make playoffs, put Kidd on Grizz, automatic playoff spot for sure. I had a hard time reading on after this just because of the stupidity of this statement. This destroys any shred of credibility that Jeremy has ever had (not that he had much to begin with). Dear god, I mean...how ignorant can you get? As for the question...if I wanted to win a title, I would take Kidd. But I would rather have Hinrich, much younger, more potential. You asking him to add to Hinrich for Kidd is an absolute joke...you should be the one adding.

I hate hypothetically speaking questions because realistically Hinrich has more value and the move would be dumb. That's it. Case closed.

this is not a arguement of which player is going to be better in the future and how much room they actually have to grow.. Since we all know hinrich is younger he has the chance to improve, and anyone would take Hinrich over kidd for the future of their franchise. Nobody is denying that. We are saying we would take kidd over hinrich to compete for the playoffs/championship right now, no other season matters. thats the arguement.
