Nets Get: - Rashard McCants - Nick Van Exel - Tyrone Nesby
Mavs Get: - Steve Francis - Luke Ridnour
Add Bobby Phills if need be. But I don't think we need him in there. If I have to cut someone, cut Sofo.
Nets confirm.
Get a young stud in McCants. I wasn't to high on Ridnour. Save some money too by moving Francis.

I sure as hell disagree with that.
I like Robinson and Calderon more than Ridnour.
Ridnour sucks on defense. McCants has A potential and I believe he will become a very good all around player. Plus I feel he can play some 2 a lot like Francis.

I do not know about this deal, the nets have to many point guards as is, but I think they could of gotten better talent in other spots then adding a couple more pgs... do not really like this.

This is a joke, and Rommie can't be allowed to ruin another guy's team like this.

Luke and Francis will be great additions to the Dallas franchise.

McCants actually does look like he could be a pretty nice player, but what's the point of getting worse without your own picks? Don't see the point of dealing off someone like Francis for a guy who doesn't seem to project to be anything other than a secondary player.

Poor deal for NJ. Although he isn't great, Francis is worth more than an ageing Van Exel with 3 years left on his contract and McCants. Throw Ridnour in there too...

my offer for francis was better than this...wow i see a lot of these posts by galo in trades no i usually say 'wow i would have offered more or given something better' but only once or twice before ive said my offer was better...and this time it was, because i was offering him his own pick back and he wanted more...you knew the deal too.
