dave's cool. i just wish he wouldn't get into this "us against the world" mode where he can start insulting everyone who disagrees left and right like they're not gonna do anything in response. other than that he's the man. yea but how do you think i get 4 upgrades every season and i'm the leading poster over you duce ohhh bitch. I think i got 1 upgrade for this thread alone

Not all trades get confirmation. Spencer puts through tons of my own deals without me ever confirming but he understands that when ai tell someone to post even if I get better offers or if sucks for me Ill still do it. Many people talk and pull in and out of trades. But basically writing in the forum a offer is sending it into NBA contractual licence type agreement so it would be binding once you enter it on the trade forum.
Also bender you coudl have I bet just talked to Aig about it saying we need to talk this over before you confirm anything bcoz you got a better offer you thought, Im sure he would have been ok with it. Its all about communication guys.
Stay classy

Lums is the only person I consistently put through trades for without confirmation. Its pretty much assumed Lums talks to most guys over his phone and if Lums ever came to me and said, I didnt agree to that deal, Id reverse it.

Actually read all this shit. Good to see guys getting over it in the end. In my opinion once a deal is posted it's binding. Hopefully people learn from this.

This is the bottom line.
AIG offered him a deal. Obviously, Bender posted a Trade Thread in the COMPLETED TRADES section MEANING he agreed to the deal, AIG didn't accept in that thread because he obviously did not have the time to being it that Bender DELETED that thread before he had the opportunity to reply.
Krump, you are totally wrong in defending Bender and in saying that he technically "didn't agree to a trade." When someone starts a trade thread, that means they agree. It's as simple as that, get over yourself.

I still think it was ok for him to delete even if he dealt dice to someone else but whatever it's over.

i actually read most of this whole 5 pages...basically im not sure how Dave was making his an issue...once a GM post a trade, its done. its confirmed on his part, whether the trade isnt confirmed by the other GM yet its still pending so you cant just delete it unless you talk to the GM or talk to spencer about getting out of it..so spencer has every right not let it go because the deal was pending but deleted because a better deal came about, that just doesnt work by any standards when you do a trade ...if it werent your deal Dave, you prolly would have said the same as me and you know this man...lol alrite well i guess this is settled but i wanted to chime in on this...

yeah, i guess its settled now.. Bender would stay a GM, he got his freedom to choose where to deal Dice... these things doesn't have to blow out of control...
