I too saw the trade that Andy had mentioned. I was awfully confused when I saw this deal. I think that when a GM posts a trade on the board, it is his way of accepting the trade, thus he should be held responsible for that trade unless the other GM doesn't confirm it for some reason. Just my two cents, but I think AIG is getting the raw end here since Bender had posted the deal and I feel that should be an acceptance on Bender's part. he was the first to post...it was then aig's part to confirm. No confirmation no deal. I've seen Spence not put deals through because no confirmation. So if you don't recognize a deal because no confirmation why should the deal be recognized now?

After seeing you step up here Ive come to the conclusion you can trade him whereever you want. I guess I just wanted you to take responsibility, so thanks. Dice will be traded to whoever Bender would like to trade him.
Please realize though that deleting trade threads is not okay. If you think there might be a better offer somewhere else, dont post the trade.

perhaps we can just put a new rule in saying that the posting of a trade in the designated section implies an agreement agreed upon by the poster, and that thread is at that point only waiting for conformation from the 2nd party?
Really I'd like to think we don't need to micromanage our rules though..

No new rules. Just dont fucking delete posted trades. Its like posting a rule that you cant create a 2nd SN, join the league as someone else, and make trades with your real team to make it better. Im not gonna post rules about every possible scenario that would be bad for the elague.

dave's cool. i just wish he wouldn't get into this "us against the world" mode where he can start insulting everyone who disagrees left and right like they're not gonna do anything in response. other than that he's the man.
