So GMs should be allowed to just post trades and then delete them if they get a better offer? Thats a good precedent to set? That would lead to an amazing amount of confusion and frustration among all GMs. NO ONE RESPONDED what is the difference if he posted it or not. They have a delete button for a reason. He shouldnt have POSTED THE TRADE! Dave, this isnt my fault, dont fucking get all agro on me. This is Benders fault, not mine. Check yourself and realize it isnt about me, its about Bender. Its fucking ridiculous.

i just want to throw my 2 cents in here and say that what bender did, and what many people do on AIM (propose a deal, have it be accepted, then back out and say you want more or some other lame excuse) should be the same. How in the fuck am I supposed to control AIM offers? Thats ridiculous. Everyone send me a copy of every AIM convo you have so I can check them before I go to sleep each night. I want phone text messages too. So get on it guys. I think his point is you don't have control over it and I don't think there should be any control over it here either. It never happened

so don't throw out comments if you don't know everything that happened. Thanks for admitting you are talking out of your ass nah go fuck yourself. any time you disagree with anyone, everything you say is not even credible and i've seen it enough. if i want to think that deleting a post is unfair then i damn well do so. all i was doing was sympathizing with what you're saying and you blow up at me. stop acting like a selfish jackass.

a proposal is a proposal. if i make an offer on the house, and it gets accepted, the contract is binding, same thing in the nba and bbs... thats pretty much my point about going back on deals through AIM

i dont get it this has never been in the rules before no one has ever brought it up before LOL< that you cant delete trades? Ya, I mustve assumed that people knew you couldnt do that. I think its pretty much a sim wide assumption that you cant delete trades once you get a better offer. Ridiculous.

people who back out of AIM deals suck. no doubt.
Somewhere along the road though you've got to decide what can be controlled, and I'd say that posting a trade is a great place to start, imo.
and I'm sorry you had to be on the recieving end of this Dave, but I really think it's a bit much to demand a rule change or quit.

Youre kinda floating in the middle of this discussion Hernando. i never made a statement about this deal because it doesn't affect me. the only thing i wanted to contribute was my comment about AIM deals, because that does affect me. in no way am i saying bender was right or wrong, im simply saying that proposing deals on aim, and then saying no AFTER they're accepted needs to be stopped, cause its happened too many times to me.

i say let him trade him to where he wants... i got nothing personal about the guy... i just guess maybe next time, review ur offers and PMs before posting in the completed trade... it was just the feeling of being left in mid-air is shall i say not so good... you get me right... same thing i told Bender thru PM just now...
this has got to stop....

I too saw the trade that Andy had mentioned. I was awfully confused when I saw this deal. I think that when a GM posts a trade on the board, it is his way of accepting the trade, thus he should be held responsible for that trade unless the other GM doesn't confirm it for some reason. Just my two cents, but I think AIG is getting the raw end here since Bender had posted the deal and I feel that should be an acceptance on Bender's part.
