Ok, with the recently completed 2006 season, I want to give everyone a heads up as to what you can expect to happen in the coming days.
First off, we are going to be adding a few extra players into the mix, that will be incorporated into the Amateur Draft. They will be names from real life and ones that you will recognize. Because of this, we won't be flipping over the file and beginning free agency until sometime late next week. Both Josh and myself are very busy this weekend. Josh will be inputing the new players starting first of next week, and should have things ready to go by, hopefully, Wednesday.
So, with all that in mind, here is a tentative schedule for the 2007 offseason..........
Thursday, April 24: File is flipped, Free Agency Opens Saturday, April 26: Free Agency - Day 1 Tuesday, April 29: Free Agency - Day 2 Thursday, May 1: Free Agency - Day 3 Saturday, May 3: Free Agency - Day 4 Tuesday, May 6: Free Agency - Day 5 Thursday, May 8: Spring Training Saturday, May 10: 2007 Opening Day
Please keep in mind, this is a TENTATIVE schedule and it is subject to change. Also, as I know a lot of you get antsy, free agency could easily move along quicker based on up on the number of signings, level of interest, etc.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Josh or myself.

NO ONE on this earth loves the term "sick" more than the General Managers in the BBSBL.

Pretty sick, hopefully FA goes faster, that'd be really sick. I want to draft a real player too, that'd be sick.

NO ONE on this earth loves the term "sick" more than the General Managers in the BBSBL. Hahaha, I laughed. A lot of it probably has to do with so many of us are friends with each other outside of the league. Except James.

Should we have a GM check in? Don't really see a point. If someone doesn't check in, it's not like we have a waiting list to pluck someone off of.

Yeah that's true, Atlanta is the only one inactive. We'll get PK into this.
