bad sim... 1-5... doesn't help that Ortiz pulled his groin. The good news is that a couple of my players had some nice player developments.

I'm with Nanz, Astros have collapsed, Bagwell is batting .198, this ship is sinking. Gobble gobble gobble.

Batter of the month...
Aubrey Huff
I love my team. I have an elite offense and decent pitching. Ive recently gotten 2 huge PDs from 2 mediocre SP that could make them very good SP next year. Garrett Stephenson and Brian Meadows were mediocre guys all year, but after recent PDs they look studly!

Lew Ford exploded defensively. Pretty awesome. He'll start in center now.

Magic number down to 13 with 21 to play...looking good for my first division title. Offense has exploded lately, have a bunch of OF with great HR potential, if not already, looking to trade Matsui and Mondesi next season.

3-3. Took three from the Tigers and went 2-1 vs twins in our last series, and now are 0-2 in this past sim series.
Roy Smith had some good games, nice stuff from him. Arod has been on fire still, guy is a beast. Morris had two bad starts not good. Johnson pitched well. Helling and Harang had so so games.
Harvey Hr are at 17 nice to see him get over 20. 72 rbis on the year for him Kennedy and Guzman have some good looking stats.
Luis Gonzalez is back which is great. Put him in the lineup will really help us out. Gotta move down a reliever that is shit right now. Got space on the roster though, may test out a few.

Bad sim for us, something like 1-6 I think. Still only 3 games back of the Wild Card though. Couldn't really tell what the problem was this sim, didn't check the box scores but my pitching actually seemed to get a little better. I did notice two things though, Pierre was hurt for a couple days still and I did play a series against St. Louis.
