Still hangin' around. Gained another game on Atlanta. Now sitting only 5.5 back.
A nice shot of confidence for my kids, as they took 2 of 3 from Oakland.
Kyle Snyder's struggles continue to greatly baffle me. With his ratings, no reason at all he should be as bad as he is. It's a true mystery that I wish I could solve. One thing is certain, I will not pull him from the rotation. I have confidence in the kid. But damnit, he's killing me.
My defense had an awful sim. Jason Phillips has been a butcher behind the plate recently. After this sim, he is up to 9 errors on the season. Not acceptable. Orlando Cabrera and his "A" range is in double digits in miscues. Ick. Hopefully, this is just a fluke and not an ongoing problem. Otherwise, my chances of winning this division just took a hit.
All in all, we seem to be hovering right around that 4-5 games over .500 mark a lot. Seems about right for what kind of club we are right now. I need to find a big bat that has serious HR power. My club is 17th overall in total dingers. I need some pop.

Still tied for the division lead which is surprising with all my starting pitching injuries but Traber should be back after next sim which will really help my pitching staff.

4-3 sim. Took 2 out of 3 from both cleveland and the white sox. Lost the first game to KC. PAtterson has really turned it up and is pitchign alot better. Gosling got roughed up alittle bit and webb cant seem to find his groove, hopefully the addition of jennings will help him. Our hitting is getting alittle bit better but its not wehre it needs to be. Terrero and Snelling really need to step it up. Cintron had a think like a 15 game hitting sttreak at one point, pretty impressive.

Wow won 2 out of 3 over Oakland. Than lose 3 to Seattle. Than beat Texas.
Not bad at all.

4-3. swept marlins 1/3 from philly lost the first game to the nationals
We started off great this sim, Harang pitched a 1 hitter, complete game shut out. He was amazing. Roy smith pitched a brilliant game. Harang had another good game but the bullpen blew it. Krod has been getting the job done, good stuff from him. Morris had a bad outting Helling and callaway pitched well, but we still lost.
Arod, Guzman, Bautista and Kennedy had a great sim too, hitting well.

Our team has been underachieving all year. We're finally decent. I love the speed in my lineup, but we could use another big bat. Outside of D'Amico and sometimes Guzman, our rotation is shaky at best.
