I would like to put a claim in for Miramontes.
If everything goes through, and if necessary, cut Terry Shumpert (AA) and put Miramontes in AA for now.

1. Where are the rules for waivers?
2. Why are we bringing them up in the middle of the year?
3. If this goes through, then Sean Marshall should also be a waiver claim.

Honestly, the reason this has never come up is because I've never noticed anyone claiming anybody, and for that matter, nobody has tried to claim a guy that has been offered a deal.
So if it has happened, it's somewhat my fault, but then again it's pretty irrelevant because nobody tried to take advantage of the rules.
I'm kinda sorry if I dimed you out here though. Didn't mean to screw you.

Do we go by the NL/AL rule? Since he was released in the NL all the NL teams get first shot at him and then the AL teams? Or did I just get a nice screw job from the commish on this one?

on another note, this is still alive until next sim technically.
