Mets deal: Tyler Yates Griffiths
Rockies deal: Pat Burrell
Mets confirm. Yates looks nice, but I need a little offense. Burrell doesn't hit for average, but we ran out of gas halfway into last season, so a power bat could help. Still need a couple more hitters. Might call up some of my prospects.

Ya.
Dont call up prospects unless they are ready. It really tends to hurt development.

I was just looking at the rating report. They're no better than my regulars right now anyway, so no point to start their clock.

Sometimes age affects my decision. Someone like Cust I feel needs to be up cause hes a little older. But Hawpe might be in AAA a full year for me. They have similar ratings, but for me 25 is the cut off point.

Yeah, my guys are extremely young. Loney, Wright, no need.

I really like these 2 pitchers. Yates goes into the pen. Griffiths might be in my rotation by the AS Break.
