Trading Players
1) Each team may give up a maximum of five players and/or picks in a trade. If a team deals more then 5 players/picks in a trade, it must be processed as two trades.
2) A team cannot trade first round picks, leaving them without picks in 2 consecutive years. (BBS allows the trading of any pick as a future consideration. These picks will be owed picks, and will be listed on the Owed Picks thread.)
3) A team that is over the salary cap can receive up to 115% in total salary of the salaries it is trading away.
4) Players cannot be cut and resigned in the trade process. Any player cut in a trade will be placed on waivers.
5) Players cannot be traded back and forth in the same trade.
6) Players cannot be traded to be MAXd.
7) MLE and LLE players are allowed to be traded.
8) A team must not have more then 5 1st round picks in any draft.

Regarding the trading of players back and forth...
Loophole as seen in BBS... trade the players, wait a sim and trade them back. This is gay.

I agree... it is hard to come up with a good solution the only thing I think that could fix it is making it more than one sim but rebuilding teams would still wait

Or... if it's an obvious trade back situation, dont allow it.
Doesnt need to be a time limit... it just needs to be a legit trade that benefits both teams in some way... not just a way to square things.

Maybe it was talked about in the past but it would make sence. You dont see the same players normally getting dealt back to there old teams during the same season they got dealt away.

Haha, this reminds me of my favorite Spence/Lum line. Lum said something like "Player X really blossomed on team B" and Spence goes "Player X never played on team B".

Why don't we just ban it? It's fairly obvious when it happens and Spence can use his discretion.
You can deal back and forth if Spence doesn't remember your last deal; or if the players gets dealt to a third team and you acquire the player back from them, instead.
