Me and Mark were arguing who was better, Martell or Granger. Mark starts talking about how Kobe being Kobe pulls off defenders so Granger can get more open. I tell him I don't think that is the case and that FBB isn't that advanced and that everyone is guarded man and that they won't pull extra defenders to guard Kobe. Just wanted other peoples opinions on this matter on whether FBB is so advanced that the defending team knows who they are going against.

I think Kobe gets more attention than Granger, which frees Granger up. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but definitely think having a superstar on your team helps the others offensively.

Does anyone know the answer to this? I think we're both really curious here. I know all you go off on your DC is traps and what not, but I just don't see how a guy lighting it up doesn't get extra attention and free up the others. If I'm reading too much into it, maybe I am, but I hope my team didn't play both Kobe and Granger straight up and allow them to both score 50. I hope Kobe lit it up, then we pressured him more, and Granger lit it up. Probably going too in depth on FBB though.

Tough call. They are both pretty sick. I didn't think Granger would get better but he did last TC. Webster has that A potential, so I'd probably take him.
As for how FBB plays, Id guess that players should get better shots when you have more offensive stars. Im not sure it does though.

Yeah, Granger isn't as good a fit for my situation than Martell. If Martell can develop one of those A's into an A+, which I think is doable, he's be a complete stud.

What Granger's doing alongside Kobe is nuts. Clearly the better player.

Webster over Granger, but at the moment Granger is clearly better.

You all really seem to be getting the important part of what I posted.

Sorry, missed that lol.
Depends if the "trap" option plays a big part in the game. IMO it doesn't, so I would say that Granger would score 27 on any team.

You all really seem to be getting the important part of what I posted. Haha yeah, it's not who is better, Granger or Martell. I think Granger is better right now, but Martell will be better, and it makes no sense for me to deal him straight up for Granger in my situation (Pig thought I was crazy for not doing it). We were more curious about how FBB works.

i dont think fbb does that. They dont favor the superstar, maybe in the next one, but i dont think it happens now.
