Did not take a PD hit, yet he is now an AVG talent on hits instead of GOOD like he was most of last year.

Happens all the time because not all developments are shown. You really have to pay attention to player ratings to notice a lot of your players decline and improve a lot over the year.

Weird for sure, but I dont think that Duce or Mike have done any editing.

i talked to josh about it, i really don't know what happened and i don't know what i'd do about it.
i feel bad for the GM but i also think that messing with the players is kind of conflicting because this can and may very well have happened to other teams.
edit... by messing i mean correcting.

Happened to me a few times which is why I assumed that ratings changed without having a PD hit.

From the OTTP managerial tutorial
"One of the really cool things is that ratings can change at any time. They may go up or down during the season...you may not even notice it unless you look at your player cards frequently. This is especially true with young players, as their ratings tend to go up, sometimes significantly (if they have high talent levels). Something to watch for "

you guys should know he's talking about his player's talent rating change without an actual player development reporting... not about the number ratings changing.

I watch them very closely, and I'm usually aware when someone goes up or down by 1. Before the WS he was a GOOD talent, flip the season (no PD hit) and he's an AVG. Minor leaguers don't suffer PD hits in postseason play. I commished for 8 seasons. The talent is the part I'm questioning.
