very tough decision here with Minnesota, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Washington and myself (Cincinnati) all deserving. However, I feel that Washington came a long way this year with a great combination of trades and coaching changes. Nice job to everyone who is on this list, but I had to go with Bob in Washington

My vote went to Josh Steinkamp in San Francisco.
He took a team of veterans, with very little tradeable pieces in the minors, to a 105 win season and did so with great management of his team. I have been in several leagues with Josh, and I have never found a smarter, more knowledgable OOTP owner. He knows his stuff, and will be an asset to this league for many years to come.
Someone said it before me when he joined the league (I think it was Spencer....), but "Watch out NL West". That couldn't be more true.

I also voted for Josh. Just felt like overall he created the best team in the league, not to mention the debt situation he got out of at the same time. It will only get better for the Giants, good work Josh.

i think it goes to minnesota. He won the WS by bringing in guys like nomar and vlad to his team. Gotta love what he did, although everyone else mentioned also did a great job

it's a lot different than the sim basketball leagues i've been in. there are so many reasons to be successful and so many more possible candidates.
to think tampa bay could be .500 in the AL east this year, or that the pirates could have won the NL pennant in 2004 is all insane. impossible for me to not at least nominate a lot of these guys. i do think it says a lot for a league that's only in it's second season.

Yeah. I can understand not voting for me, no doubt. I nearly lost money this year. Winning's not the only thing, and San Fran did quite a job.

we improved a lot from last season to now, over 20 games. Plus we went to the LCS. I voted for myself, HA!

27 game improvement by my team in a tough division... deserves some consideration.

over all i think you could give it to anyone and it would not be a bad pick.
