k so for some stupid reason...
washington, san francisco, los angeles angels, cardinals, and new york yankees didn't get any playoffs revenue this sim. oakland/minnesota/pittsburgh did.
it's a glitch in the computer game.
possible solutions:
a) somebody can step up and volunteer to count them up for teams who got screwed, and tell the commissioner how much more money each GM is owed. you can count it up simply by mutiplying the $ of ticket price for that team by the # of fans in attendance combined.
b) GM's can count their own, and then tell the commissioner. the problem with this idea is it's very much based on the honor system.
c) we can scrap the realism all together and give teams X amount of money for each playoff game, where X = higher than the amount of seats in any stadium. we'd still need somebody to count it, but it's easier.
list other possible solutions/thoughts here.
thanks.

i just wonder if this will happen in future series' and stuff, sucks... maybe we can pay one person 500K/yr to do the math on these. i definitely think it's worth that.

Yes, this is a common OOTP5 bug...What I do is keep a topic open during the playoffs and list the attendance & price and tally at the end...each team will have a different amount of money compared to what the OOTP5 engine allocated...It's a pain in the ass and needs to be addressed EVERY season.
btw, thanks B
