Thursday 9 AM ET Saturday 9 AM ET Sunday 9 AM ET Tuesday 9 AM ET
Those are the sim deadlines every week(except trade deadline n draft day). It won't be every other day, just these days listed here.
Sims will be 7 and 8 days alternating just as it was last year.
Questions? no? cool.

Tomorrow I'll have the entire rules section re-done. Will be a lot more convenient and there will be a few cool new things.

no. it'll last about the same amount of time as the 10-day sim idea would have.

I really think the biggest problem with last year time wise was when the draft came up. I think now that we've got it out of the way, it will seem like things are going faster. Add in the fact that we're simming more times per week and this year will fly by!

Were basically doing a month a week. 6 weeks for a season is a pretty quick pace for a baseball sim I think.

Bingo. I've been wondering that myself.

I doubt it'll be too much.
I want to do this for this season, because I'm anxious to see how people react to the pace. I'm definitely open to slowing it down in the future IF it's best for the league.
But again to clarify, the rush is that when the season took 8 weeks, most of the GMs were unhappy with that. I wasn't unhappy personally, but I can understand it.

The reason why basketball leagues are more active then baseball leagues is because it's almost constant. I sim everyday. There is always something on the forum to look at. Its constant. its a community. People expect it, so when they go 2 days without a sim, they feel as though its been an eternity. Id guess you guys will learn to love it eventually. its different, it isnt bad. Ask Greg. he seems to have adjusted well to BBS and seems to enjoy it immensely.
