Im gonna monitor the DCs more closely next year so that teams dont bench their better players. Lets try and assume that playing time will increase a players chance of developing. If you want to lose, do what Dave did this year and trade everyone. You may experiment by playing guys in different roles, but this will be allowed on alimited basis, and only if some explanation is given in the DC.
