David West 6-9 240 Xavier David West is having a great junior year at Xavier. West is scoring over 18 points and nearly 10 boards a game. West is a very good scorer, and scorer who is Xaviers go to man in the clutch. Many reports are saying that West is a virtual lock to enter the 2002 Draft. Strengths-A very good scorer. Can post up and shoot out to 18 feet. Will fit in well as a 3rd option on a good team. Weaknesses- Not an especially good defender or rebounder. Concentrates much more on the offensive side of the ball. Could be a very solid player if he works on his D. Potential Rookie Ratings... B C C C C+ B

He should be a pretty solid bench player, and if someone tries to develop him possibly a solid starter.
