Amare Stoudemire 6-10 245 Cypress Creek HS Amare Stoudemire is an amazing physical specimen as a HS senior. Hes big, strong and fast. He can run and jump like a small forward, but can defend the basket like a center. Even at 19 years old if he declared hed be a top 3 pick in the 2002 BBS Draft. Strengths-His size and athletic ability are rare. Has the size of a center or power forward with the athletic ability of a small forward. Explosive dunker and great finisher on the break. Good defender that can block shots and board. Weaknessess-No outside shot to speak of. Decent FT shooter, but his range ends at about 12-15 feet. Potential Rookie Ratings.... B- D+ D+ B- B- A

Total stud. I'd like to see him go to college for a season, and then come out as a franchise player from day 1.

i don't understand why he would go to college when he's obviously the best player on the board, thus far at least.

Ming or Amare? Who goes first? Probably Amare because of age and versatility to play C, PF, and maybe SF.
