interesting sim...we went 2-2...we lost two games we should have won against the Jazz and Warriors...then won 2 against the Suns and the Mavs...Farmar was also out to injury even though I dont know how and we still played fairly well...We are a real good rebounding team which helps us I think, mostly at 2-5 positions.

Went 2-3, because I lost Monta to injury. He'll be back on Wednesday. Damnit.
I've never been happier with a 2-3 sim. Why? Because Pig was ripping my perimeter D, saying that yes you're starting 2 A defenders and an A- at the 1-2-3 (aka no argument, but oh well) but the stats say I suck. Well the opponent shot 12-53 against me this sim, 23%, and now I'm 8th overall in O3PT%. Pig, remember when I was saying your argument sucks because 17 games is too small of a sample size to say I'm 22nd overall in 03PT%? Yeah, 8th now. Only 5 more games. Small sample sizes are beautiful.

4-0...beat three good teams in Indy, Dallas, and NO
Best thing about the sim, we didn't have Artest against Indy and NO and still beat them.
Thornton filled in pretty nicely in Artest's absence. 15 boards in one game, 12/6 in the other. At least I know he can serve a good backup.
As the first option, Chris Paul turns the ball over way too much. I'd like to change it up, but the team is doing pretty well.
Our schedule is brutal. We just had the Hornets and Pacers. Coming up we have NYK, Tor, SA, Bos, Indy, Chi, Atl, Philly, NYK, Den, Bos. No walkovers in any of those games. Should give a great indication on where we stand.

2-1. beat the kings and rockets. lost to the sonics, they destroyed us.
we are back at 500. taylor had another good sim. Nenad is a good rebounder, but the entire team plays poor defense. I think the fast pace is hurting us, guys are getting into foul trouble often.

Fucking Lakers ruined my winning streak. Still... We went 4-1. In our 4 wins, the closest win was by 12. I love this team right now.

Last year for Philly was one of the weirder things I've seen in BBS with a team. I'm happy with it because I had the pick, but it was absurd.

Last year was no doubt the most frustrating season I've ever had in a sim league. Green had a mediocre TC/season, Gasol did as well, Brad Miller sucked ass, neither PG played that good. I'm glad I didn't move Green though.

2-1 sim
Beat Minnesota 134-146 in a barnburner. We took 104 shots which is crazy. Wade with 32-12-6-6 Ricky pitched in with 30.....Curry with 22-17 and 4 blocks.
Lost to Toronto very bad. This was one of my worst losses in a while. 2-18 from behind the arc and Granger was in foul trouble early. We completley got shut down.
Came back to crush the Blazers 141-114. Curry with 28-25-4 block game. Granger got injured though but still managed to drop 18 in 19 minutes. Wade with a 26-16 game.
Overall really starting to learn somethings about this team. Davis should be an option over Brand and Wade is gonna get burned by quick guards on the perimiter. Were gonna see how Nash-Wade-Davis-Brand-Curry do for the next sim due to injury to Granger. Really impressed with Curry this sim however.

Hey, guess who's 12-6?
We've been on a roll since moving Trevor Ariza into the starting lineup (!?). Granted, we haven't played the best teams, but it's still nice to see. We've won 7 in a row
Beat the Warriors 122-111 Varejao had 27/15 Gerald Wallace had 22/6 Luke Walton had 15 points 18 assists and 6 rebounds
Beat the Grizz 123-90
Gerald Wallace had 39 points 11 rebounds and 5 steals! Al Jefferson had 24 points and 14 bounds Ariza had 14/8 and 4 steals
Beat the Suns 112-81
We had 7 players in double figures and 29 assists
Beat the Spurs 103-92
7 players again in double figures. Al Jeff had 22 rebounds
Great sim, all blowout wins. We went all inside, making wallace, varejao, and jefferson the options which worked out. Walton is delivering 21/9/4 as a non option on 47% shooting.
I think the Gerald Wallace trade worked out exceptionally well for us. Gerald Wallace is averaging 18.7 points 7.4 rebs 2.2 blocks 1.4 stealson 50% shooting, much better then chandler...brad miller is also averaging 8/7/2 off the bench
yeah!

Small sample sizes are beautiful. I said after 17 games your perimeter defense sucks but I thought it was take a turn for the better. Stop twisting my words. Where did I twist any words? I didn't. You told me my perimeter defense sucks. You didn't say it has sucked, you said it sucked. You then showed me the stats through 17 games. I agreed that through 17 games my perimeter defense was giving up a high % from 3, but (and I quote) "it's an extremely small sample size, i start 3 A defenders, it's pathetic to say my perimeter D is anything but great". You then said "what do you mean extremley small sample size, its through all the games this year" to which I responded with "which is 17 games, aka a small sample size to be looking at stats". Then you said "well yeah but, so far, you guys suck". It ended when I said "ha that is absurd but OK". To me, you changed your argument midway through. You started by saying that we suck. Maybe it was a poor choice of words, but had you said "your perimeter defense sucks so far" and then presented the stats, the argument wouldn't have happened. My point all along was 17 games is a waste of time to be looking at stats, and the fact that only 5 games later it is completely reversed proves that. Even looking at them through 22 games is kind of a waste of time - halfway through the season is good for me. Overall, the IM was probably a waste as was this. I didn't get the impression that we were arguing a statistic online, otherwise there was no argument. Regardless, who cares, Dan is still short.
