I need to re write the rule for someone because apparently it is unclear.
Buy Out: A player can be bought out. Similar to cutting a player, except the total value of the contract is paid in the current year. You are still subject to any salary cap penalties that may ensue, and if you buy out a player at the end of the year, and it puts you over the Hard Cap, you will be forced to pay the Hard Cap penalty. You can only buy out 1 player per year. Any bought out player must go through waivers.

This rule should start at the beginning of next season. It's simply unfair

Buy Outs werent ever meant to be a free pass with deleting a contract. You have to pay for the contract, and if you go over the hard Cap, you go over the Hard Cap.

Rewriting is changing. You can be mad I found a loophole in the rule before the way it was written but I should be aloud to buy out the player and starting next year it should be like this.

I hate people that try and find loopholes. You know how hard it is to have everything written out so people cant try and fuck over the league.
I wont allow you to try and pull one over on the league.
Buy Outs were not developed to give people a free pass. people have always had to pay the fines involved when using the Buy Out rule. In this case, that fine is the Hard Cap penalty.

You changed the rule of cap penalties from what it used to be to only the hardcap. Over our PM's I've made my case, you can be angry but it shouldn't be directed at me for playing by the rules the way they were written. I'm not trying to cheat, I'm just being like a surgeon with this team.

The fact that you even refer to it as a loophole means you made the decision to try and buy out Hedo knowing full well it was using the buy out rule in a way other then I intended. Thats just lame. For the amount of time and effort I put into the league, why is it that people still want to try and "find a loophole" to make there job easier. Its lame.

As Arnold said in his campaign speech, "the rule had so many holes in it I could drive my hum-v through it"

Spence, am I allowed to buy out Knight so he isn't part of my salary cap next season? Well, lets see. Knight makes 20 million over the next 2 years. Add 20 mill to your cut salary. Do you go over the Hard Cap?
