1. Indiana Pacers - Ricky Rubio PG - How often does a new GM get the chance to take over a playoff team with the #1 pick? Not often. In Rubio the Pacers get a super ball handling and scoring point guard who can push Gilbert Arenas to SG. The Pacers should be an elite team for the next decade with a great young inside out combo of Lamarcus Aldridge and Rubio.
2. Phoenix Suns - Delvon Roe SF - Yet another new GM with a great lotto pick. Roe is a perfect young player for the Suns to build around. Roe can score inside and defend well enough to potentially be a franchise player in Phoenix.
3. Golden State Warriors - DeMarcus Cousins C - Cousins is perhaps a slight reach, but the Warriors need interior defense. They will consider John Riek, but take Cousins because of his upside.
4. Cleveland Cavaliers - Lance Stephenson SG - At this point its between Stephenson and Xavier Henry. While Henry is a slightly better defender, Stephenson seems to be the type of player that can score and handle well enough to play 1 and 2.
5. Houston Rockets - Matias Nocedal PG - The Rockets don't really need a PG, but Nocedal is a value pick here for the Rockets. Nocedal is a special player who is a true play maker. Rockets need to start winning so Riek is also a possibility here as well.
6. Memphis Grizzlies - Xavier Henry SF - Very good young wing with great upside. Very good shooter and scorer who is a decent defender with room to improve. Shved-White-Henry-Love is quite an impressive young core for the Grizz.
7. Chicago Bulls - John Riek C - The Bulls have a solid young core but at this point they really need a stud scorer and an anchor defensive player at the 5. At #7 no stud scorers are available, so they take Riek instead. Riek has limited offensive potential, but his shot blocking and rebounding are phenomenal for a rookie.
8. Washington Wizards - Jrue Holiday PG - The Wiz hope t sign a PG in Free Agency, but even so they cant pass on Holiday. Although he doesn't have super upside, most scouts believe Holiday will be a very good BBS Point guard.
9. Denver Nuggets - Alexis Ajinca C - The Nuggets front court is a strength, but they cant pass on Ajinca here. AA should develop into a starter at PF, which would allow Patrick Patterson to be a super sub for the Nuggets.
10. Orlando Magic - BJ Mullens C - The Magic just take BPA here and get Mullens. Aldrich and Mullens look like similar players, but most that have seen them both work out seem to like Mullens a little better.
