Nice job. It did make it less enjoyable but it's not a big deal. In the end it's a hobby i enjoy and something to keep my mind off real life stuff.

G
Boston Celtics Kris is a solid GM however one that won’t win a championship in the BBS because he isn’t willing to take that extra step. He had the opportunity to do so with Shaq on his team, however didn’t. He had the opportunity to build a very good young team around Bynum and Dwight, however didn’t. I just think that he needs to decide to go one way or the other and stop sitting on the fence. Final Grade: C+
It's always hard to deal a clear-cut franchise player, especially when it's a big. Kris did make an effort to turn the talent around Dwight into a great team, but it fizzled. I don't blame him for moving Bynum to get Shaq, because even though Shaq was likely to decline, he'd been doing 26+ for Detroit. What sucks for Kris is that Josh Howard never became as good as expected, and the backcourt was just too weak for them to contend. Right now, I think Kris needs to fiddle with the DC and decide where he wants to go. He is trying a lot more than he gets credit for. He's tweaked the DC, tried to bring in scorers in Harrington, Gordon and Butler. I don't think he's done an amazing job, but he has brought in good pieces. I think he could win a lot more if he did two things: 1. Put Gordon at PG. He might turn it over, but West and Theo are totally unproductive these days. 3 TOPG isn't so big a deal because Ben is a lights out shooter who has improved his defense a lot recently. A guy with that kind of speed/quickness and shooting should spread the floor for Harrington and Butler to do more damage. 2. Change his options. Dwight will do 20+ no matter what option he is. The rebounding will do that for him. I think he has enough shooters to try out a faster pace, and make Butler his premier scorer. Maybe Butler/Gordon/Howard. They'd score a lot more. I just know that my tendency with DCs is to shoot and run, and I think the presence of Howard is what keeps Kris from trying that out. Thing is, Gordon's going to waste this year because of the emphasis on Howard. I just think other guys can get more attention and Dwight can still do his usual dominant thing. Just my opinion. Kris is definitely trying out how to win with Dwight through trades, and I think a big change to the DC would help.
