Strengths - Shot blocking - three shot blockers who can average 3+ a night. This has been apparent with the early sim, as the team set a record with 22 blocks in a game and currently leads the league. - Two stud scorers - LeBron and Artest give this team a great duo that can both average over 20 a night, while shooting great %. - Youth - the core of this team is LBJ 21, Ford 23, Darko 21, Bynum 19, Artest 25, Prince 26, Lee 23, CV 21. No one is close to their prime and this team will only get better.
Weaknesses - Youth - our strength is also our weakness. The youth will be apparent throughout the year, as these players aren't fully developed. - Lack of a true inside scorer - Darko is very good with his B inside, but realistically, he cannot shoulder the load. In a few years, I am confident Bynum/Darko will be able to hold it down, but they are not quite there.
Franchise Player - LeBron James - GMs have been down on him since his mediocre TC, but LBJ can still put up ridiculous numbers; and at 21, he still have lots and lots of time.
Team Overview - I believe this team can eclipse the 50 win mark, but a championship run is not realistic unless we make a few moves. I'd rather be patient now and have a dominant team in the future than deal young pieces for some older vets.
Trade Block - As always, anyone is available. I've been looking to make a push into dealing two or three of my guys for a true superstar. Guys like Artest, Prince, CV, Lee, Ford can be combined for a stud.

Shot blockers will probably make the difference on how far Detroit can go.
