Team strengths: -Dominant interior - defense, offense, rebounding. -Great ball handling wing-players. -Deep team of veterans and rookies. -Star power - arguably the best two players in the league.
Team has the ability to excel in most areas, but they're not alone. Can they be better than their big rivals?
Team weaknesses: -Lack of dominant guard play that other teams possess. -Good point guard play can't be assumed from Hudson/Claxton. -Not a proven outside shooting team. -Enough talent to not know what the line-up is going to be, a good problem to have but still an issue.
There are no guarantees. This team will have to make the post-season and play excellent defense all year, a lack of consistency would be costly.
Franchise Player: Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan
Season Outlook: This is a full team. There will be very minimal trade talk in all likelihood. It will be on the current squad to deliver.
Anything short of 60 victories and a championship would be a failure.
