Strengths- Rebonding and a great starting 5.....
My Starting 5 is one of the best in the BBS. I have two of the best big men in JO and Gasol. One of the best young SGs in Redd who is finally proving he can be a #1 option soon. Kmart and Terry are great fits with my team too. Kmart will play great D between JO and Gasol and Kmart will also grab those rebounds Gasol and JO don't get. My inside game is probably my biggest strength. JO and Gasol give me atleast to 40 to 50 points a game combinded. Not many teams have bigs that can do that every game.
Weaknesses-lack of depth...
The only depth we have is at PG and SG. Fisher and Cooke are great off the bench for me. Cooke could turn into a really good player if I get RCs for him. I need a good backup at C and PF and then my team will be set. Also we need to be more consistent.
Franchise Player-Pau Gasol
I have three franchise players in Gasol, JO, and Redd. Redd is a project that can turn into a franchise player and he is almost to that point. JO is also a franchise player with the 23 ppg 12rpg and 2 bpg and not to mention he is only 25. But Pau Gasol is the franchise in Miami. Pau has been the franchise ever since we drafted him a couple of years ago. Thanks again Aaron for taking JJ.
Trade Block- anyone on my bench
JO / Gasol / Redd are staying put for a long time. Kmart might be tradable though. Looking for depth at PF / C / SF.
Outlook- 1st Place in the Atlantic. Win the East and try to win a ring.
I feel i built a starting 5 that can pretty much take on any team. With Dirk out for a while in Philly the Atlantic is wide open and it is between us, philly, washington, and orlando. If we dont get out the 1st round of the playoffs this year it will be a very dissappointing offseason with a lot of questions about my team. The past two years in the playoffs have been embrassing so hopefully a third time is a charm for us this year.
