very nice.
unrelated to BBS maybe, and i don't know that i agree with it but there are some people saying that Al Jefferson is on Dwight Howard's level, if not better. They say Al's post skills are just extremely rare... has a good midrange and good boards etc... most of the people saying that are Celts fans but yeah. maybe something to consider when his profile comes up because he is special.

great stuff, really enjoyed it. Dwight or Paul, If I could get one of them, I think we could be sick with one of em and Bron for like the next 10-12 years.

I started doing drafts 07-11 last night. Some interesting spects. Yeah, isn't it hella fun? That's why I never want to switch to retro and keep doing 5 year olds, nothing better than scouting little boys

Jefferson is not on Howard's level. Celts fans been talkin about Jefferson for years. He's solid but hasn't done much
Nice job spence. It's good to have a sneak peek at whats coming for the future

He's solid but hasn't done much Absolutely false. Jefferson is going to be one of the best players in the NBA. No, he's not on Howard's level(because Howard is going to be possibly the best big man in the league period)... but this year he's been showing insane signs of having just as much capability. I'm not sure why you say he hasn't done much, look at his game log. I wouldn't have brought it up if I didn't watch the Celtics play didn't think it was worth mentioning. The guy's offensive game is excellent, he can rebound, he's a leader... only thing he is missing is defense.

He has the potential to be really good. I just dont think he'll live up to it though. But you said he might be on Howard's level, "if not better" which i think is kinda ridiculous. He can be really good who knows. I dont remember him being talked about as a leader either. I've heard more that he doesnt show enough heart. But i dont watch them on a consistent basis to give a good opinion on that.

what i said what... some people are SAYING that he's on his level... i don't think he is but i think their reasoning wasn't THAT far fetched.
i mean i don't know, i don't read the message boards and all that crap. i watch the games and jefferson has become a vocal leader on the court.. it's not an opinion, it's a fact.
i feel like anyone who has questions as to whether he can be really good or not just hasn't watched him play enough, although who could watch that team at this point. this isn't the same jefferson has the first half of the season or last year, which i was very critical of because he played soft. this guy is a sick player and is on the verge of breaking out into a star.

I mean he definitely has what it takes. I just see him as an eddy curry type. All the skills in the world but can they take it to that next level.

Andris Biedrins is a poor man's Gasol. He will never average more than 12ppg 10rpg and at most 2BPG.
I'm not denying he'll be good, but he won't be a "star."
