Strengths- Perimeter scoring.
This team has 3 20ppg scorers. McGrady, Arenas and Butler can all score inside or knock down the long range shot. They all possess good handles and passing ability. McGrady has turned into one of the better players in the league and is capable of winning games on his own. If one guy has an off night, the other two are more than capable of stepping up and hitting the void.
Weaknesses- Post scoring, depth.
We are not the deepest team but have recently acquired some bench players we think will help in this area. Our backup bigs can defend while our backup wings can shoot the ball, so while not perfect, they do provide something of value.
We also lack a true post player that can demand the double team and create easier looks for the perimeter shooters. Okafor has a chance to become one but needs more time to develop.
Franchise Player- Tracy McGrady
He can do everything on the court. He blocks shots, rebounds, scores inside/out and also passes the ball well. At 24, he looks to be in the best shape of his career so good things are bound to follow. He is also in a contract year and will be looking to prove himself worthy of a max extension.
Trade Block- Anyone can be moved since im always looking to improve the team.
Outlook- Top 4 in the East. Did it last season so it's a realistic goal.
