If the season ends today, this is likely how the lotto should look like....
#1 Nuggets - Lebron James: With the #1 pick of 2003 draft, Nuggets select LBJ... that's how it'd go... James is the unanimous #1 pick by the whole BBS, he is a very young, very talent and very intelligent player, scouts drool in the potential this guy. He will be an instant impact to any team, specially the Nuggets, he is 6'8" weighing 240lbs, who says he ain't ready for BBS?
#2 Bucks - Chris Bosh: Bucks will settle for the second bst player in the draft. Playing along side Melo, the Bucks will have a young and bright future led by these elites. Bosh just needs to bulk up to get ready for the rough banging in the BBS with the likes of Fortson, Ratliff and Shaq in the frontcourt.
#3 Clippers - Emeka Okafor: The Clippers are looking for a franchise player that they will building around on, Okafor seems to be a solid foundation, descent inside game, great defense and solid rebounding, he could play C/PF for this franchise. He'd fit nicely with the Clippers rebuild.
#4 Hornets - Kirk Hinrich: Another rebuilding team, definately needs a true PG who both score and pass the rock. His fundamentals are solid as he has been well coached since his youth. I really think he'd be a nice PG in this league.
#5 Knicks - TJ Ford: Knicks fan would be celebrating and welcoming Ford with this pick. Ford is the quickest players amongst the draft, solid handles and has a descent first step, look for him to lob it up to their formidable frontcourt in Yao and Martin.
#6 Knicks (Twolves) - Ben Gordon: With another lotto pick, Knicks would invest on their backcourt this year by picking up a hot shooter in Ben Gordon. He is a quick SG who can slash to the rim or either shoot a long range, this guy appears to be a sleeping scorer in this year's draft. Expect Gordon to be the Knicks 3rd offensive man.
#7 Magic - Darko Milicic: I guess Darko really belong to Orlando be it BBS or NBA. He'd be a perfect project for this rebuilding team along with the intimidating Dalembert, I'd expect Darko to pickup some notes on blocking shots to hone his defensive skills, not that I say he doesn't have an offensive game, with his potential, everything is within reach... He's just 18.
#8 Utah (Cavaliers) - Chris Kaman: I figured they'd need somebody to replace Kemp's offense in the frontcourt, we believe Kaman could do some descent job in there. Don't be fooled by his looks, where it seems he doesn't know what he's doing, but this guy is a pretty descent pickup with some inside game, defense coupled with rebounding.
#9 Lakers (Sonics) - Mickeal Pietrus: I really like the Lakers backcourt, greatest passer along with the greatest scorer and soon an emerging Amare will uplift this team to greater heights. I guess with this pick they'd be going with a role player, and Pietrus can play SG/SF backup roles to this team. He's got the athleticism along with great defense.
#10 Magic (Blazers) - Leandro Barbosa: Magic are up again to pick and they'd to be going with a nice PG in Barbosa. He is cat quick with a great outside shot. Not much is known about him by common scouts but a foreign reliable scout told our sources that this kid is for real. Gotta watch this kid.
#11 Hawks - Luke Ridnour: The Hawks needs a big guy but will settle for the best player available at this spot. Ridnour has nice range and descent passing up his sleeves but needs to work on his on-ball defends as he tends to let the quicker guys pass by. He'd be a descent backup though.
#12 Kings (Celtics) - Marquis Daniels: Kings will go for a descent SG/SF with this pick. Daniels can slash, can shoot a descent range and can defend some with his descent size. He'd definately be an asset with the Kings.
#13 Kings (Rockets) - DeSagana Diop: With the last lotto pick, the Kings will be looking for a defensive presence in the inside in Diop. Though he is not the quickest player in the draft, he can definately alter or chase after some shots, his size itself is his asset. If his potential is true, i'd expect him to be more than a descent shot blocker.
