1. Milwaukee Bucks- LeBron James - Scouts are loving this kid as they believe he could be the next Michael Jordan. Milwaukee gets an 18 year old who is already NBA Ready and him and Carmelo could become the greatest scoring duo in BBS History.
2. Denver Nuggets-Chris Bosh- The Nuggets really do not have a whole lot going for them so bringing in a big man who can eventually turn out to be a 20-10 threat a night is the wisest decision. Bosh will be the cornerstone of this Nuggets squad for years to come.
3. New Orleans Hornets-Emeka Okafor- In a similar situation as the Nuggets but have a couple more guys to work with. It really is a toss up between Bosh and Okafor as both can go 2 or 3 but I give Okafor to Hornets just because there short picks for a couple years and Okafor is the more proven player. Huge threat on the boards and blocking shots but some scouts question his upside. Too good to pass up at 3 though.
4. Los Angeles Clippers-Luol Deng- Clippers could go a couple different directions here but I think the upside on Deng is too good to pass up, guy is an athletic freak and with time he could come out to be a franchise player for the Clippers.
5. New York Knicks(from Minnesota)-Ben Gordon- They have the big men and now they need the guards. Gordon has the potential to be an offensive juggernaut and will be some instant offense from the 2 guard. Great compliment to the scoring duo of Yao and K-Mart.
6. Orlando Magic-Kurt Hinrich Magic get a nice compliment to Dalembert at the PG with Hinrich. Hinrich is an all around good player and defintley should help distribute the ball. A quality starter who has the potential to be around a 16 and 8 guy in a BBS offense.
7. New York Knicks-T.J Ford The theme of guards continues as the Knicks take there future Point Guard at the 8 Slot. TJ is one of the best distributors in the draft and has potential to do good things, New York will benefit from actually having a real point guard to feed the ball into the post. Ford, Gordon, K-Mart and Yao should cause terrors for years to come.
8.Seattle Sonics-Chris Kaman The Sonics pick Kaman here as he joins Udonis Haslem and Stromile Swift in Seattle's young frontcourt. Kaman should provide some major defense and rebounding for the Sonics young frontcourt.
9. Utah Jazz (From Cleveland)- Leandro Barbosa The Jazz are gonna be superior for some time so they can afford to take a guy like Barbosa who might need some time to develop. Barbosa adds alot of depth off of the Jazz's bench at the guard position and will be a nice combo guard which they could benefit from.
10. Memphis Grizzlies- Luke Ridnour Although the Grizz have Tony Parker they go with the best guy left on the draftboard with Ridnour. Great handles and a great outside shot Ridnour should provide Memphis with some nice trade bait or a great PG off the bench.
