8 - Toronto Raptors (15-8) - Young, competitive team. Balanced scoring. Efficient from downtown. Get to the FT line and keep opponents from doing the same. Return of center Shawn Bradley will give this team a boost.
9 - Chicago Bulls (12-9) - Commit very few turnovers(11.1 per). One of the better FT shooting teams. Deep team that can score inside and out. Elton Brand is an elite big man. Still young with plenty of room to improve.
10 - Washington Wizards (13-11) - High scoring team that can create turnovers. Get to the FT line and can hit from downtown. Led by the perimeter duo of Pierce and Walker. Talented squad that should remain competitive throughout the season.
