1-Golden State-Dwyane Wade PG....The Warriors love Dwyane Wades leadership and scoring ability. They want him bad.
2-Toronto-Gilbert Arenas PG....The Raps would rather have Wade, but are quite content with Gilbert Arenas. Arenas will form an explosive back court with Michael Redd and Tracy McGrady.
3-Miami-Pau Gasol PF....The Heat really want Arenas or Wade, but Gasol may be the better fit. Gasol combined with Rip Hamilton give the Heat a very impressive inside outside duo.
4-Detroit-Joe Johnson SG....The Pistons add what they really need, a wing scorer. JJ should be the 2nd option behind Shaq in no time.
5-New York-Jason Richardson SG....The Knicks need a scorer to team with Ben Wallace. Although raw, JRich should be a 22 ppg type player eventually.
6-Detroit-Richard Jefferson SF....The Pistons add another wing player in Richard Jefferson here. RJ and JJ should both be starting in Motown within 2 years.
7-Houston-Tyson Chandler C....The Rockets really need a young point guard, and a big time defensive center. In Chandler the Rockets get the latter. TC is a disruptive force on defense and he should be a great compliment to players like Rashard Lewis, Lamar Odom and Corey Maggette.
8-Detroit-Zach Randolph PF....The Pistons love Randolph's post game and see him as the heir apparent to Antonio McDyess. The Pistons come up huge in this draft with 3 elite young talents.
9-Utah-Eddy Curry C....The Jazz really want a point guard, but don't like Tinsley enough to take him here. Instead they take the center project Eddy Curry. The envision a huge front-line of Brad Miller and Eddy Curry that they hope will dominate the Midwest for years to come.
10-LA Lakers-Memo Okur C....The Lakers need another offensive option to help Kobe and JO. Okur should fit in well as the center and 3rd option for the Lakers.
11-Miami-Jamaal Tinsley PG....The Heat really need a steady hand to lead their offense. With offensive weapons like Pau Gasol and Rip Hamilton, Tinsley seems to be a perfect fit at the 1.
12-Detroit-Samuel Dalembert C....With Rik Smits nearing retirement the Pistons could really use a young backup center. Dalembert is a good fit and his shot blocking will be a plus.
13-San Antonio-Troy Murphy PF....The Spurs need another rebounder to help fuel their fast break offense. Adding Murphy to Marcus Camby should do the trick.
14-Memphis-Shane Battier SF....The Grizz love Battier's strong defensive play, and consistent outside shot. Battier should be a very good BBS starter.
15-San Antonio-Bobby Simmons SF....While the Spurs starters are very good on the wings, they aren't very deep. Simmons should come right in and play SG and SF off the bench.
16-Memphis-Eddie Griffin PF....The Grizzlies continue to rebuild by adding super talented Eddie Griffin. He can play 3, 4 or 5 and can shoot from 3 and block shots. Hes quite versatile and give the Grizz lots of different lineup scenarios.
17-Chicago-Joel Przybilla C....The Bulls have gone with tons of smalls to surround super stud Elton brand. In Przybilla they pick up a solid defender and shot blocker at center.
18-Seattle-Vladimir Radmanovic SF....The Sonics have a good starting lineup, so in Radmanovic they add a sharp shooting bench player.
19-Indiana-Udonis Haslem PF....After adding Grant Hill this off-season the Pacers get to add another potential starter in Udonis Haslem. If the Pacers decide to play big, the would have a very solid front-line of Foyle, Haslem and Garnett, with Grant Hill at shooting guard.
20-Miami-Trenton Hassell SF....The Heat pick up potentially a 3rd starter from this draft. Hassell can defend well enough to deserve the starting nod at SF.
