[glow=red,4,500]Who's Hot[/glow]
Team:
Boston Celtics- People are talking championship this season in Beantown, as the Celtics are on quite a run, going 9-1 in their last 10 games. Penny Hardaway has been a revelation to this club this year, leading the team in scoring, steals and minutes played. Also, Mark Jackson has provided great veteran leadership from the point guard spot to be among the league leaders in assists.
Point Guard:
Sam Cassell (DET)- E.T. has been an asset to the Pistons like no other despite having Billups waiting in the wings. His shooting percentages are exceptional, his assists to turover ratio is impressive, and his ability to still average a steal and half a game is hard to believe. Should the Pistons repeat this year, Cassell will be a big reason why.
Rookie:
Elton Brand (CHI)- A 60 point game as a rookie, is unheard of but Brand did it. Not to mention he is still atop the league's leaders in scoring, rebounding, and field goals a game. And he is only getting better. Also a candidate for MVP and almost a lock for All League considerations.
GM Waiting In The Wings:
CC (Formerly of CHI)- Was an active GM in BBS 1.0 and endeared everyone with his Bay area style of wheeling and dealin. However, CC had his run ins with Dave (current Bulls GM) and others in his time as GM. Always considered a strong GM, CC built around talent always and contended for the title.

Team:
Toronto Raptors- One of the most storied franchises in BBS 1.0 has yet to find its identity in 2.0. Canada's sim version of Jerry West, DJ has made some shrewd moves in dealing some talent away such as Ricky Davis and others to build for the future. But, now with T-Mac out for a while, the Raptors are more horrible than ever. Raptors fans are wondering how much longer the bleeding will last?
Point Guard:
John Stockton (MIN)- The Hall of Fame point guard is nearing the end of his career and it shows. After leading the TWolves to a Finals appearance against the Pistons last season, his point production, rebounding, and FT% have all gone down a bit. Stockton has been great for the Twolves but they might look to Starks to lead this team from the point guard role soon.
Rookie:
Richard Hamilton (MIA)- 'Rip' has hardly played up his nickname or his billing as the fifth pick in the draft. He's shooting a miserable 39% from the field while only averaging 8 points a game in 26 min per game. Although, the UConn product has alot of time to grow, he has had a somewhat disappointing year for the already scoring starved Miami Heat.
GM next to pack his bags:
Aigatdula (HOU)- The smart money makes you think Spencer is looking to make this GM the next to lose his job. By having the least posts of all active GMs in the league makes him a strong candidate to be next to go. The team is also not very good and have not made any adjustments to the team personnel or depth chart wise in quite some time.
