Honestly, I'm so excited....I don't follow beisbal or football as much as basketball so now I am back in season I am really excited for.
Golden State opens up with the Jazz tommorow night.....I am gonna try to find way to get it on the internet. (FSBay Area should be on every basic cable channel) Guy in the room next to me use to be Jazz ball boy so were gonna get extremely drunk and watch the game. Looks like Nellie has gone nuts with this small man line up going Baron-Monta-Kelenna-Pietrus-Biedrins tommorow night. Really don't like this lineup at all.

I bet the Warriors go Baron-Pietrus-Barnes-Wright-AB before too long...I think Monta is just better off tearing it up with the second unit, and he'll still play a ton. But there are a lot of guys here who follow the Warriors a lot more than I do, so it's just what I think will play out.
I wish I could be excited about the Knicks but they don't look improved at all. I'll wait awhile to believe Q is healthy, but that's what really excites me. He's the best player on the team if he's healthy and he could do a lot to bring some flow and chemistry to the offense, because right now it looks like it's going to be a complete mess. Randolph adds nothing to the team and Lee deserves to start if there's no good defensive big man on the team. Crawford's was really putting it together before his injury and I really hope he can maintain that.
Shot selection will be terrible as ever because Curry chucks when he gets denied, Crawford chucks whenever, and Randolph would rather shoot a 15-footer than go to the basket.
What it comes down to is this is one of the worst defensive teams in the league with a coach who is clueless about defenses. Seriously, the zone might've lost them five games alone last year and they went with it all the way.
For this team to do anything, Balkman needs 30 mins a night. I'd like to the 2 and 3 rotated by Craw, Renaldo, Jones and Q and if Jamal isn't defending he should sit.
I'm just not excited, but I'm praying the Knicks surprise me. From the looks of it, this is a terrible team.

From the looks of it, this is a terrible team. Kelenna has had a great preseason though. 16 PPG in 29 MPG on 52 percent shooting and in the games Monta played great except for a big TO problem. I am really falling in love with Kelenna in preseason because he never ever turnedthe ball over and was stroking it from beyond the arc. Would I mind Monta coming off the bench, not at all but I would love when everyones off suspensions and shit the lineup to be Baron-SJAX-Kelenna-Wright-AB with backup being Hudson-Ellis-Pietrus-Barnes-Al with belenili getting minutes.

I need to contact Brian today to see if Im going with him tomorrow night. Regardless i cant wait.
Id be very surprised to see Wright in the SL any time soon. More likely Harrington will be a starter if the super small lineup doesn't work.
I think theyd like to have Ellis or Harrington off the bench, along with Barnes.

Should be a fun season in Boston. I think expectations might be a bit too high around here, but they should be fun to watch, and make a pretty nice playoff run.
