PM the DC before the Game and post the DC after the game. Repeat the process.

I really wish people would post when they vote. I think it's pretty pussy that you wouldn't want to PM DC's. I think you should post active roster, well you shouldn't have to even do this you should just look at their last regular season DC. I think this makes the league harder and more challenging.

i just think if we don't get to see where the starting 5 is positioned that it could lead to a lot of cheap shit. i speak from experience. all that other stuff being a secret is perfectly fine with me, but at the same time it doesn't look like people are all too thrilled with this idea.
also i didn't vote, if it matters.

Well I don't think the Spurs or Suns knew who was matching up against who before each game started. Bowen was on Marion/Nash/Bell/Diaw vice versa Marion was on Duncan/Bowen/Finley/Horry

Just like you could play KG at SF/PF Duncan at PF/C I think this adds a total element of surprise and strategy.

yeah but this isn't reality. i like the idea of making the league more realistic but at some point you have to realize this is a video/text game and it can be exposed in certain ways.

I like the idea. It gives teams a chance to pull something that the other team didn't except and make them react. I've always thought it would be cool, but I doubt it would fly with the entire league as evident by the vote.

yeah but this isn't reality. i like the idea of making the league more realistic but at some point you have to realize this is a video/text game and it can be exposed in certain ways. how isn't it reality? You don't know lineups/strategies in real life you don't know strategies, but you do generally know the starting line-up before the game begins. i feel like this topic has already been discussed. i like the idea of PMing tactics and stuff but line-ups in FBB are different from real life. you can't just choose defensive matchups, you have to abide by position vs position. when it comes down to it, i don't think it's realistic if say, i have to become paranoid because i think DJ(for example) put dwade @ SF to expose grant hill... so i have to secretly contemplate switching hill and christie without even knowing anything. think what you tho man, but to me there's nothing realistic about not knowing the opponent's line-up seeing as how the games are simmed in an instant rather than play by play.
