Woohoo. Never thought the Colts would take care of business like this.
The defense came to play. Held the Saints to one field goal, Jason David scored their only touchdown from a Reggie Wayne fumble.
Hayden picked off where he left off from the Superbowl. Marin Jackson played awesome. Rob Morris is a bad boy and Bob Sanders was Bob Sanders. God I love watching him play. Gary Brackett came to tackle last night.
I was wondering how the Colts would do with just one running back but this Keith guy looked alright. I'm hoping to see more of him and see what he can do throughout the year.
Still wondering how the team will be without McFarland there. He is a big boy. And how Tony Ugoh will replace TG.
Everyone looked good last night. I guess in a 41-10 win who doesn't look good?

I was very impressed at the run blocking and run stopping. I was never surprised at anything else but what I saw was a finesse team playing physical and still finesse and I just never saw that coming.
If their team is really this good, then I think they will give New England more of a fight than I originally thought. I hate to just flat out skip ahead but those two teams are clearly the class of the league and I'd be shocked if it didn't come down to them again.

i wasnt that shocked....1st off the Saints are overrated...Their Defense sucks and their offense isnt gonna do what it did last year....2nd the Colts are nasty and they will take New England easily...The Pats are not what everyone says....Randy Moss is not gonna be Randy of old....He is to injury prone...If you wanna watch out for a team look at the Chargers and Ravens this year....

Even if Randy is average though, Welker and Stallworth are both very nice. And they have to be one of the most talented front-7 units defensively that I have ever seen - and they've added to it. Personally, I don't think anyone can really say what Randy is going to be until we actually watch him play.
I dunno about the Saints being that bad either but they're the worst team in the league right now lol, so who knows... I think their backfield alone is enough to get them in the NFC playoffs though.

I thought the Saints were overrated and I don't think they'll make the playoffs but I was still surprised on how poorly their offense played. Watch everyone hop of their bandwagon though...
Can't wait for the Jets game tomorrow... I'm a little worried about Jacob Bender starting at LG and whether our pass rush can put enough pressure on Brady, but nonetheless I think we'll play very well.

The NFC can't compare to the AFC... the Saints are one of the best NFC teams and would have trouble making the playoffs in the AFC
The Colts are very good and can repeat but there are a few teams I think that can give them and the Pats some trouble

I agree with the Saints being overated. Colts are good but not sure they are monsters like they looked like.

i really really wish i could agree on the saints thing, because they're one of the bigger competitors of my eagles but i can't. not only do i think their offense is better than shown but i also think their defense was outmatched by a powerhouse offense and is going to be very competitive.

The Saints are not a bad team. They can get to the Superbowl and yes pretty much whoever is representing the AFC should be the favorite but the Saints are still capable of pulling off the upset. This was only one game.
The Colts defense was just on fire. That was the best I have ever seen them play. They won't play like that all year. The Colts offense just fed off the defense and put up some serious production in the second half.
The Saints just looked flat all around. Simple as that.
More than anything I think this was a game where momentum played a big part. The Colts had it, and Saints didn't and it showed.
The Saints may not have a great defense but their offense is just way to good to ignore. They are a threat with that alone. Some may think they are overratted but I don't atleast not from the one loss. They were at their very worse and the Colts were at their very best.
