Pacers get: Marcus Taylor Lawrence Hill
Blazers get: Paul Harris Tony Allen Kings 2012 First (Top 10 Protected; if it goes in the top, the Blazers will recieve the Pacers 2012 1st)

Makes no sense for the Pacers IMO. Maybe Im biased cause I wanted that pick, but getting Taylor when you have Arenas and Nocedal maks no sense to me.

I protected the pick.
TC pending, Nocedal might not be in a situation to start immediately... I can move Arenas to the wing and start Taylor.

I never got an offer I wouldn't mind seeing in go top 10 so I can get it back... we'll see.

HA HA. thats what you get for leaving me spence.
I agree. Harris is great, nice young player to start my rebuilding phase. Grab at least some type of pick which I need and love. Also get an expiring. Sweeet. Nice dealing blue.

wow great deal for the Blazers. not sure how Taylor gets so much value here and didnt get it before. And the Kings pick which could still be lotto, that seems almost too lopsided of a deal.

It isnt a good first deal for Blue IMO. Taylor sims well, but is a poor defender.

Fair enough... I don't see how a 22/9 guy isn't worth Harris and a pick, especially if it ends up being my pick. The guy shoots a high percentage and limits his TO's. I guess I'm just not accustomed yet to what's valued in the league.
I think at least Taylor will improve my team.

Everyone hates marcus taylor for some reason, but he is so nasty, you will love him. The guys gives you 20 and 10 with 0-1 TO a game, its nice. Its not like nocedal will start, and he can move gilbert to the 2, its pretty solid considering he has a great defense up front.

I really hate the Pacers backcourt defense now. It is not like Taylor will even come close to 21 ppg with Aldridge and Arenas on the team. I look for 15/9 with crappy defense from him.
I would have kept Harris and the pick for sure.

Ah, I like this a lot for Indiana. I mean, look who's winning these days. You need an option everywhere and great shotblocking. A great team sacrifices very little to get better. They'll miss Harris' defense, sure, but Gilbert and Taylor in the backcourt make the offense so dangerous.

since the pick is protected this isnt a bad trade for pacers... taylor sims great so it should work out well for them if the defenseless duo can win

I don't think it's awful for Indy, but I prefer Harris simply because Taylor's defense is a big turn-off.
However, Indy is the type of team that I don't think it will hurt too much.
