Nice dealing. I don't know where this puts my team but I already have a deal lined up for Bibby that hopefully goes through.

Wow. Bibby will be sick on the Sonics, but getting Brewer and picks is nice as well for the Cavs.

This was essentially my only offer for an absolute stud.
I really like Brewer and he's the age that I'm looking for. Shannon Brown is next to go, so get your offers in.
This league has a steep learning curve...

This league has a steep learning curve... What do you mean? I'm not used to leagues with such insanely high ratings. Rebuilding will be a 10 year project. Brewer goes from being a bench player getting 10 mpg to becoming a #1 option. How often do you see that?

Cavs are a bottom 5 team talent wise as well. I dont think it will take you too long.

Well, think of it this way... sdogbbs.com/BBS/rosters/roster5.htmThese guys are 4-13 Take guys with those ratings and put them in most other sims and that's a championship-calibre team. It's not a knock on the league, because it's obviously very popular and active. I'm just not used to it is all and I'm going to have a bit of trouble adapting off the bat. Needless to say, I have no plans of giving up.

They have talent, they are good, but they are built well.... sdogbbs.com/BBS/rosters/roster9.htmEven the Pacers... sdogbbs.com/BBS/rosters/roster13.htmThey both have talent, but mostly they fit together well. Idk. It is a problem overall because people bring it up, hopefully the league is enjoyable enough that given time new GMs can adjust.

I think that my biggest problem is that I don't have my pick next year, so I essentially just have to build through the draft and FA over the course of a single season, which is unrealistic.

Well, we give a 3-4 year window for rebuilding. I think you can get a nice young stud, sign some FAs. Try and compete for most of next year, and if you suck maybe blow it up at the end of next year and be bad when you have your pick again.

Aar, you only have 4 years to rebuild....and theres a max rule where a team can max their best player even if they choose not to resign. It makes it very difficult, yet challenging at the same time.
