Dallas sends
C-Dalembert C-Smith 16,18 1sts 1 RC
to NY for
C-Yao
I'm rolling the dice here that the rating drop in scoring is just a glitch and hope the old Yao is still there.
Thx and GL to the Knicks

This gives the Knicks 11 players. This allows the Knicks to sign 1 more to get to 12 without touching the hard cap.
Not to mention, this is actually a good deal for NY.
I'm stunned.

I save some money. I dont get the value for Yao but fuck it im running an outside offense and i just needed another big who can do the same things and i've always loved daly.. plus i pick up a couple 1sts and an rc which never hurts

Outlawz is a very smart GM. I knew he'd either go to Sacramento, Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, New Jersey or Miami to get a deal done.

Nah, Gregg is an idiot. Seriously. No offence, but this is a move only a bonehead would make.
After losing Gay and Durant at the end of the season (one to waivers, the other he couldn't resign) Outlawz probably would have made this bloody deal anyway. You had Outlawz on hot coal, what possesed you to add 2 firsts and an RC?
Sheesh, I'm just furious. I don't care about NY anymore, just how stupid you'd have to be.
THIS IS THE EXACT REASON WHY THE GOOD TEAMS WILL ONLY EVER BE GOOD AND WHY THE BAD TEAMS WILL ONLY EVER BE BAD.

1. I was never over. 2. I was at 92.5 and save a couple mil on this deal so im alright now 3. I dealt YAO!! He's much better than daly offensively and they're the same age.
LOL This is getting crazy.

I just don't get this for Dallas. The difference between Yao and Bert is not 2 far away 1st's and an RC. I mean, at least take advantage of the situation.
I did call it though. Whoever helped NY would be hated.

I did'nt even notice the hard cap thing. Been working on another deal in a baseball lg I'm in. Hell, if I had noticed that I sure wouldnt have sent the picks probably anyway. But you know, every team in here is for themself. I'm not gonna be in some pseudo conspiracy just to screw someone who's only crime is to have been a good GM. The bottom line to me is, does this make my team better?
I think it does. Hell with the rest.

Funniest part of this deal is when James call Greg an idiot and then said no offense.

LOL This is getting crazy. 1) you were over in the preseason sim, which doesn't count but it still is something. 2) you would have had to sign 2 players... if no one traded with you you would have been forced to go over. 3) no one gives a fuck about you giving up yao
