Hawks send
Ronnie Brewer FA to be named later
Sonics send RC 13 2nd round pick Tyson Chandler
Backtracked here a little bit but I have no way in signing Wade with Chandler still there. This trade will offer me a couple million in money this year to sign some much needed league minimum guys and the FA to be named later might even start on my team.
Nice deal Skillz and GL.

I agree
I lose out on Brand which really sucked, but I couldn't afford to give him a 6 year deal. Luckily, we make up for it a little here by acquiring Chandler who has just a 2 year deal. Although his scoring his pretty horrible, Chandler is a terrific defender and will fill a nice hole at center with a hopeful frontcourt of Chandler/Varejao/Ak47.
We just signed Ronnie Brewer who was our "backup" fa signing, so losing him with mccants, ariza, and thabo all at the 2/3 spot isn't a big deal.
Also nice to get an RC
Nice dealing pig
(BTW-FA will be signed for days 2 and 3, shouldn't be a problem)

atl s/l of chandler/av/ak/thabo or mccants/williams isn't all that bad
they get a better pg, they might be ok

Yea, Williams isn't horrible either. He did lead the league in assists last year
I'd consider trading thabo or mccants and williams for an upgrade at pg though

I'm surprised this is all it took to get Tyson, a definite snag for the Hawks.

No kidding, I can't believe had I re-signed Brewer, I could have then dealt him for TC. Unreal, lol.

Well, the FA is pretty good and he gets signed to a big expiring to prevent pig from going over the hard cap with TC next year

Rather obvious who it is...
I'll laugh if someone else signs him though.

Absolutely awesome deal for the Hawks. and bad for me. Your offer was better but I was looking for the best fit in the long term and short term.

Rather obvious who it is... I'll laugh if someone else signs him though. Then the trade is void. And if anyone uses there cap space to sign him to a 15 million dollar deal then they should be fired.

love this for hawks... i think pig could have gotten more now or waited part of the season and traded off tc then

love this for hawks... i think pig could have gotten more now or waited part of the season and traded off tc then He definitely does, you have to understand though if I don't keep him I realistically have no shot in keeping Wade. Nobody offered too much for Curry and Chandler is a poor mans Curry so I am under the impression that no one will offer too much for Chandler. Cummings is no slouch either.

good deal followed by a bad one by pig.. im sure he could've done a lil better.. brewer doesnt have much value to me I mean are people missing that I trade for Brewer and TJ Cummings B B C A- C+. Considering I dumped Chandler's contract which I feel people overate I feel it was overall good. Whatever, well see how it pans out.

I feel where you coming from but a little patience would have been good. I think you could have gotten a lil better but from a cap standpoint i can see why you did it.
