NJ Trades:
Andrew Bogut
TOR Trades:
Caron Butler
I accept. This probably won't be very popular, but the ultimate goal is to win. I'm sick of rebuilding, and i think i have enough young pieces to trade for a winning team. Bogut should be a good player, but Butler is a perfect fit. With Kaman and Francis, we needed a # 1 option and we get him here. Butler is a superb scorer who also shoots at a career mark at 47%. His D isn't great, but at full health a Nate/Francis/Caron/googs?/Kaman lineup should be exciting.

makes sense for Tor as Lewis seems to have been wasting away on the bench and seems to be > Butler. Butler makes sense for NJ too...nice deal

Bogut is going to suck. I like this deal for the nets.

I think Toronto could have got someone more established for Butler...

yep toronto gets to develop a young big who should be nice while starting lewis who is better than butler in some areas. butler is a great scorer tho so not too bad for nj either.

NJ gets better now, but down the road i think Bogut turns out to be a better player than Butler, plus he's a Big.

Toronto accepts.
Butler is due for an extension, plus Lewis wants to start and is making too much money to be a backup. Bogut could turn out to be good, might not... its a gamble.
