Trailblazers send: Andris Biedrins Jameer Nelson Sac 2008 1st Miami 2009 1st
Bucks send: Stephon Marbury
I agree. I do not know what type of reaction I will get from most of you, but I dont give a shit at this point. Marbury is only 27 and will be a great point guard for us for many years. I figure with him and Deng it will be a strong duo. Plus my lotto pick this year, both of them can not win now, I think I should get someone pretty solid with that pick. Marbury is better than both of those guys anyway. I want to win next year, this is what i need to do.

value-wise i like it for dan. i'm sure the bucks just wanna get as much youth as possible.
i'd say portland really needs to prove that he can hold onto marbury to justify this deal. it's good but it makes no sense if there's no real attempt to get a winner out of it. still, marbury is that good.

I made moves for Penny and Kmart in hopes that Bosh would be the player everyone expects him to be this year but he isn't. I had no chance to make it past 1st round in East and my team is going to have more holes next year that this trade will help fill. I don't have a real number 2 scorer now till Bosh comes around but when he does I am loving my team.

I like this for Portland. Jameer should be nowhere as good as Marbury, Biedrins might be a nice big but who knows, and those picks are up in there, although Jordan can score big if that Sacramento pick is top 5 in 08'.

what everyone has failed to mention is how much cap space the bucks gain and what kind of talent he can also acquire with his own pick. Big men are obviously the toughest thing in the league to find and with 2 years in the weight room with upgrades Biedrins looks like he can be a legit big man. Nelson imo is going to be a very capable backup/spot starter at the point position maybe earl boykins esque. I also like the potential of the Sac pick and Mia pick.
Basone really cashes in as well as he gets a Stud player for 2 players that really won't be studs and 2 firsts. Basone should be a top lotto pick and add that to Deng and Marbs and the shittiness of the western conference he is back in contention but hopefully he will not sacrifice his future entirely in order to become a contender again. Show patience and this Blazer team can be a force out west.

Like this one for Milwaukee. Biedrins is only 18, averaging 12, 9 and 1 and a half blocks per game in just under 30 minutes. Nelson is playing some good ball now, and apart from his turnover count (see Marbury), he looks to be a solid young player who could develop into a viable starter in a few years.
They also pick up 2 firsts in 4-5 seasons time which are mystery picks. Overall, I like it for the Bucks.
