Pistons trade: Ben Gordon
Nets trade: Eddy Curry 2008 Nets First Rounder
Thanks for the easy deal, good luck with the team.

like it for both... gordon was never gonna get any time on the pistons with prince and artest in front of him, and now curry can help replace whichever big men the pistons trade/lose to FA. the nets on the other hand trade one of their strengths and strengthen one of their weaknesses.

Gordon hasn't played a game so my next comment could change but Curry looks like a much better prospect so adding a 1st doesn't make much sense to me.

I know it looks bad on paper but i think it will make more sense after another deal
I have another deal in place where i'd be acquiring another young center, so trading curry could be made possible. Gordon doesn't look terrific right now, but i have a feeling he is going to be a stud. Him and lewis will make a hell of a combo
with curry on the roster we would likely be a .500 team. With gordon, we'll likely land a lotto pick to get us another young star. I think gordon will be a B- A C+ B C guy in his prime

good trade for both I think although I think the Pistons get the edge cause they get a pick as well.
