The trade is posted clear as day. KG is correct here, if you didn't want the deal posted why did you agree to it? Maybe you misunderstood him, but thats not KG's fault. The wording in the trade is not sneaky at all.

Well I think Dave is going from conversations they had, not from the way the trade was worded.

I was under the impression that this deal was how everyone else has explained it. If it was otherwise, I would have posted it as such.

This is all I found in my outbox. I don't ever remember speaking to Dave on AIM.

Never did I say I would deal my own Wolves picks. If I did I would've dealt them in the deal posted.

i was trying to get a stipulation on the fact that i wanted the picks by a certain year or 1 from this year and another from this year and you said at 2003 we would agree on 3 picks because you were worried about dealing too many picks too fast ironic bc you wound up dealing all your picks. Don't be shady now PM me so we can work out a deal

I want to see where I said it, because I honestly never remember saying it.
I would never and have never done future considerations on my own picks (without specifying the picks). I certainly wouldn't have dealt my picks in 2003-2006 if I had agreed to this stipulation.
I really think you've disillusioned yourself on this one.

we exchanged pms and i actually caught you once on aim which was rare we talked over stipulations and you didn't want to specify the years but you said it would agreed upon by 2003. I didn't agree to anything here and just want to negotiate like i was promised by you

I didn't agree to anything here and just want to negotiate like i was promised by you We would agree upon it by 2003? Why would I agree to something stupid like that? I'm do remember telling you that I would never include any of my own picks, for the exact reasons you've stated. Waiting 2 seasons wouldn't have changed that. I never agreed that the owed picks would be my own Wolves picks. If I did, I would have posted it in this thread for sure. I agreed that I would deal you an additional 3 1sts by 2003, and I am fulfilling my end of the deal here. Everyone else seems to agree with me here, so I'm not sure why I have any reason to get scammed by you, by giving in to stipulations I never agreed to. I have operated under the stipulations that I understood, posted and have agreed to all along, and even completed them a season in advance of the deadline. You can whine all you want, but I know what I agreed to.

Tough one. Seems like there was a major misunderstanding. Either way nothing can be done since the wording in the trade doesn't back up krups claims.

Yea well it was supposed to be agreed upon and you know it and at the time I didn't make much of your vague wording because we had conversations that I was under the impression you would honor instead of pulling a sketchy move like this. Like I said once before if you were a man of your word we would work this out. I am not whining about it but have a legitimate gripe against what has been done here. Obviously everyone doesn't know the whole case and conversations we had so they are only judging this solely based upon what they see.

correct bro... we are simply commenting based on what we see.... since we never saw nor heard you conversing about this deal... would be best for both if the deal is in black and white...

Lesson learned for the Bulls. It clear what the Wolves thought. He even said here goes my future for the next 4-5 years. He wouldn't of said that if he thought he was giving up picks 8-9-10 years down the line.
Every just make sure you agree to a trade as it is posted.

Well hopefully its a lesson learned for everyone except you then. I really think KG is a better GM than to intend to give you his 07,08 and 09 1sts in that deal.
If two parties dissagree on something and one has an agreement in writing the law will side with the person who has the agreement in writing. Just the way it is. Not like anyone was forced into agreeing.
