7-1 Back in first place but Traber got injured for another 3 weeks and it really hurts this time because of the important series coming up against the twins.

The Koskie thing has to be a mistake...he had a fucking AWFUL week, something like 4 for 20 I'd guess, no run production...He sucked. How did that happen?
I'll claim POW though.
Also, 3-4. FUCK.

CLAIM: No-Hitter, Seth McClung. Pretty good sim for us, 5-3. The bullpen finally held some leads. The only bad part was being the victim of Johan Santana's one-hitter.

Pffft, pretty bad sim. Getting the Karp is now ready to face ML hitters on his player card. Wanted to leave him down this year but when I start getting those msgs I've learned you best listen sometimes or he may take a hit in AAA. Arrgh, guess I'll promote him.

6-2 sim for us to get us to a solid 42-38 record. Still 8 games back of the division lead though. Only sitting 4 games back of a very tight wild card race though. Hopefully I can get some improvements from my starting pitching the rest of the year, because my offense has been getting a lot better lately since adding LoDuca and Chipper. I think my average raised nearly 15 points as a team last week (from about .260 to .275). LoDuca has raised his average from .200 to .241 since I got him. The best thing about the sim though may be the re-signing of Williamson to a 4-year deal. Hope he doesn't lose much from his injury in terms of ratings though.

Oh, and claim Reggie Taylor as POW. He had a pretty big week in his 2nd sim as my starting outfielder.

3-4. Swept the dbacks (won two games this sim) got swept by the mariners then went 1-1 vs the dbacks in arizona i believe.
Pitching was pretty great. Morris pitched a complete game shut out. Smith let up no runs and pitched a great game.
Harang pitched a good game too, just no run support, tough loss. Morris had another 9 inning game, we lost in extra innings. K rod blew one game adn almost blew another vs the dbacks, he must be tired or over used. we still got a win.
Arod had a great week i do not know how he didnt get the POW. He had 3 or 4 hrs, like 8-10 rbis, good avg, tearing it up. Cuddyer 20 hrs 48 rbis arod 21 hrs 56 rbis
guzman had some amazing player developments, wow.

4-4. it's been a pretty average month. i think at some point i'm going to have to decide if the team is still in serious contention. i'm pretty damn happy that interleague play is over though. i hate it playing in NL parks, a lot.
