So to clear up the extensions, we can offer 3 different players 3 times? IE I offer Albert 3 times, then Rolen 3 times and then Edmonds 3 times each sim?

You can offer to a player once per sim but for as many sims as you want to.
Each GM can only offer to 3 players per sim.

You may offer a maximum of 3 extensions on 3 different players per sim.
That to me reads 3 offers to 3 different players. Might want to reword it to make sure!

in the sim thread you say something to the effect of... "claim $x for so-and-so". pretty simple, but it has to be done before the next sim for you to get the money.

Players that are eligible and listed for arbitration. How do we go about signing them.

You can either leave them alone and take the deal that arbitrator(computer) decides is fair, or you can attempt to extend the player before he hits his contract year.

No, but you're gonna lose like 50+ this year. its ridiculous. Next year you'll have a huge payroll, and negative cash.

I'm not a math teacher or anything but it definitely looks like you're projected to lose about 35-40M and that's being nice.
I'm gonna say it once, I hope it sticks:
30 GMs are asked to take care of their front offices. It's not fair to the majority who work hard, when others do this. I promise you, it will not go unnoticed.

Also, you lose money when your ticket prices are so high. You could get more attendance, and therefore more money if you lowered your ticket price.
