It's actually pretty easy to set up spring training, for those that are new to this... easy to learn, and maybe those who know better can give some good advice here. Basically...
Each player has 20 development points. At default they have 5 points in each of 4 categories.
Batters: Contact, Power, Strikezone judgment, Defense Pitchers: Pure stuff, Velocity, Control, Stamina
You can increase and decrease from these categories with each individual player and there should be a risk/reward to this. You can also take away 5 points to set aside for the player to learn a new position or roll. You can also "ask coaching staff" for what is best.
Sending Spring Training Files: 1) Complete your adjustments for ST. 2) Click "Export team training plan." 3) Send export file to me this way......
You can do this via email or AIM if I'm on. Send the file from:
c:\program files\out of the park developments\ootp5\bbsbl.lg\expimp
There should be a file in there that says "teamXXst.exp". XX being your team's #. You send this file to me @...
bbsblcommish@yahoo.com or The duuuuucE on AIM.
If there are any questions about this, please don't hesitate.

On the sending part? Honestly, aside from the sending, the entire thing is very easy to learn on your own by just looking at it when we get there. So just blank out the first half of that post if you don't get it lol.

All 5's for LAA. I recommend teams that are lost just leave it default at all 5's. it seems as though thats what most seasoned OOTP'ers do.
