The rules posted are not exact replicas of the BBS rules. Also the rules posted can still be changed.

Who's for and against the idea of having all trades go through some sort of group. There weren't many occasions in BBS when a trade was vetoed, but when a trade was vetoed there was obviously a lot of controversey. How should we go about this in this league?

I think the idea behind having great gm's is that we all have an idea of what we're doing. I mean unless it looks like blatant cheating I don't think anything should be veto'd. That's just me.

I think this group of GMs wont need a veto system. Hopefully.

i think there also should be a max on the amount of draft picks held for a paticular year this way we avoid dynasties

With fantasy draft in effect, will all the contracts be like 8-10M over 4 years or less, like they were in BBS2 that is? Or will they be adjusted or something..

The max the cap should go to is 43.8 Mil. Even if the cap is higher it doesnt matter because you still have to pay guys the same percentage. So it really doesnt matter. Hard cap should be 90 mil.

question: Why exactly are we doing a fantasy draft? To me, it's usually retarted, I don't mind having the crappiest team there is. Fantasy drafts are stupid and unreal and it makes everyone to even and all the contracts are gay.

I dont like the idea of trades going through a group, let the commish handle if its fair or not, and if it works cap wise i see no reason why not. if we have capable gms, its fine.

I agree.
I wanna be able to totally kill someone for getting raped. Letting trades go through a group takes the fun out of that.

i think there also should be a max on the amount of draft picks held for a paticular year this way we avoid dynasties done Makings rules for penalizing teams that know how to get full value out of their players to build dynasties? Thats a bunch of nonsense, lol. The best way to avoid what happened in BBS is to say teams can't trade picks further then 6 years down the line (three shown, then three off the page).

if we did that, there will still be teams building incredible dynasties with like 20 picks. We can not have that, thats why we are creating THIS WHOLE LEAGUE.
to prevent teams from getting more than 3-5 picks. This way there is not constant winner for 6 seasons and everyone will enjoy this more.
